No. Quotes are free, and for bigger jobs like bathrooms I'll come and have a look first.
For emergencies, usually the same day. For other jobs, normally within the week. I'll always give you an honest time on the phone.
Yes. I'm happy to show you my Gas Safe ID card, and you can check my registration on the Gas Safe Register website.
Bank transfer or card when the job's done. For bigger jobs, there's a deposit to cover materials.
